    Tutorial – Final Report

  • Reception of Undergraduate Scholarship Holders

    Undergraduate Scholarship Holders – Researcher Scholarships, in the scientific or technological initiation modalities, are students linked to research projects under the responsibility of a researcher with an active employment relationship, with research hours in spreadsheets, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). These scholarships are obtained directly by the researcher from funding agencies and are intended for students both internal and external to PUCRS, with the objective of providing academic and scientific experience.

    The implementation of the scholarship is subject to compliance with institutional requirements and submission of the required documentation.

    The procedures for accepting scholarship holders include registration in institutional systems, verification of documentation and communication to those involved about the regularization of the relationship.

    Students outside PUCRS must follow additional steps, such as obtaining a registration number at the University, ensuring their integration into the academic environment and access to institutional facilities and services.

    The responsible researcher must send it to the Scientific Initiation Coordination (pesquisa.ic@pucrs.br) the request for registration of scholarship holders (internal and external to PUCRS), accompanied by the mandatory documentation, indicated below:

    • Scholarship Registration Form – Undergraduate (Scholarships – Researcher)
    • Copy of Registration Declaration updated;
    • Copy of Scholarship Acceptance Term, signed by the researcher and the scholarship holder.
    • Copy of ID card with photo and valid (ID)

    Observation:  A card will be issued allowing access to the parking lot, the Library and other facilities that require identification, except for PUCRS students who already have one.

  • Termination of relationship

    After the completion of the activities, whether due to the end of the scholarship term, suspension due to non-compliance with the funding agency's rules, request from the supervisor or withdrawal by the scholarship holder, the advisor must inform the Scientific Initiation Coordination so that the necessary updates can be made to the institutional systems.

    In addition, the scholarship holder must return the PUCRS ID card to the Scientific Initiation Coordination Office (Living 360° – Room 325) within a maximum period of ten days. This requirement does not apply to students regularly enrolled in undergraduate courses at PUCRS.
