Carnival Holiday: check the opening hours of Campus services 

Whether you're going to enjoy the festivities or staying at home, the Carnival holiday is eagerly awaited as it is a period of relaxation, rest and fun. Between March 1st and 4th the University will be on recess and will resume activities on the 5th.. To help you plan your holiday, we have put together some important notices about PUCRS's opening hours on these dates. Check them out!    

Campus Services Operation     

PUCRS services will follow the holiday schedule, with a pause in activities. Check out some adaptations to the schedules:     

• Sports Park: normal operation on March 1st (sports rentals until 16pm), closed between March 3rd and March 4th and returns on March 3th. 

• PUCRS Store: closed on the 3rd and 4th, returning on March 5th. 

• Rehabilitation Center: closed on the 3rd and 4th, resuming activities on March 5th. 

• Museum of Science and Technology: closed between the 1st (Saturday) and the 4th (Tuesday), reopening on the 5th/3 (Wednesday), from 9am to 17pm.   

• Events Center (CEPUC):  closed between the 1st (Saturday) and the 4th (Tuesday), reopening on the 5th/3 (Wednesday) 

• ediPUCRS: will be closed between the 3rd and 4th. It will reopen on March 5th. 

• Central Library Brother José Otão: will be closed between the 3rd and 4th (Monday and Tuesday)  

• PUCRS Online Undergraduate Program: ABLE pre-sale will continue with normal service on Monday, from 8am to 20pm, and CRA/PUCRS service will close on 28/02 and resume on 05/03.  

Tecnopuc   

Tecnopuc remains open for access using a badge or facial biometrics during the Carnival holiday (March 03rd and 04th). Check out what changes to the Park's operations on these days: 

• Receptions, surveillance and cleaning – 03/03: Employees with a badge or facial biometrics will be able to access the companies through buildings 99A and 91C. Receptions and surveillance will operate normally and the cleaning sector will have minimum service for shared use areas. 

• Receptions, surveillance and cleaning – 04/03: access only via P99A for employees with a badge or registered facial biometrics. Receptions and the sanitation sector will not be open and security will be in operation on holidays. 

• Access release – 03 and 04/03: requests for access authorization for service providers and other persons without an identification badge, such as loading and unloading, must be sent to tecnopuc@pucrs.br until 17:30 pm on Friday, February 28th. 

• Administration: There will be no office hours at the Park administration on March 03rd and 04th. 

• INDIGO Parking: remain open.
