Junior Scientific Initiation Program receives applications until June 13th

High school students will be able to experience their first contact with the academic environment

Junior Scientific Initiation Program PUCRS is now accepting applications for high school students. Interested parties can apply between April 14th to June 13th and experience the first contact with the academic environment in different areas of knowledge. The opportunity is aimed at those who wish to enter the world of research and have their first contact with the academic environment.

This year, opportunities will be made available in the Jr. Initiation categories. volunteer quality scholarship holder. The program lasts four months – from September to December – with a workload of ten hours per week. Registration is done exclusively through the electronic form available at program website, attaching a school link letter and your academic transcript in a single PDF file.

Junior Scientific Initiation Prerequisites 

To participate in the program's selection process, the student must be regularly enrolled in high school, present a profile compatible with the planned activities, such as interest in research and scientific creativity, in addition to presenting good academic performance, as well as committing to carry out the activity plan approved by the supervising teacher.
