Endowment funds correspond to the collection of donations of resources that are invested to finance our projects through part of the income generated. In this way, the remaining amount is reinvested to generate greater future profits and thus impact even more lives with our projects.
The Norberto Rauch Association Scholarship Program continues its commitment to training future leaders in society, offering various incentives for access to higher education to students in financial difficulties.
The Leaders of Tomorrow Program seeks to train future agents of change with excellence and responsibility. To this end, the project offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships, with the aim of inspiring and developing the leaders of tomorrow.
Academic Talents – undergraduate
Students with outstanding academic merit in high school and/or financial difficulties in investing in their higher education (undergraduate scholarship).
Community talents
Students with outstanding merit in actions of social, cultural or environmental impact in our community (undergraduate scholarship).
Academic Talents – postgraduate studies
Undergraduate students at PUCRS, beneficiaries of PROUNI Scholarships or the Association itself, with the potential to pursue an academic career – PROUNI Researcher (stricto sensu postgraduate scholarship).

The Pro-Rectory of Institutional Identity (Proiin) of PUCRS is a strategic partner of the Association, being responsible for monitoring and following up on students benefiting from scholarships. Tomorrow's Leaders Program.
To promote the integration of these students, we will hold a meeting between donors and scholarship holders, increasing their sense of belonging to this community oriented towards encouraging education.
At the event, a half-yearly report with a compilation of all investments made by PUCRS based on donations made by Program participants, showing the results of this important collaboration.
The Chairs Program is aimed at those who want to transform, collaborate and impact the future through science, bringing nationally and internationally renowned researchers to produce knowledge at the University.
With the cooperation of PUCRS partner institutions, the Cátedras program selects senior research professors from Brazil and around the world, experts in disciplines or areas such as Neuroscience, Environment and Natural Resources, and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence to increase scientific contributions in these respective areas.
