  • Send your request directly to the email cra@pucrs.br (or in person at the Student Center, Living 360°, from 8 am to 20 pm, Monday to Friday).
  • Wait for the CRA to respond with instructions on how to fill out the online form and send the required documentation.
  • Wait for the data to be analyzed and verified. You will be notified by email if there are any problems with any documentation and when your request is approved/rejected.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who can request isolated discipline?

    Students who wish to acquire specific knowledge in a given area or for specific purposes. The following may apply for enrollment: graduates from a higher education course at PUCRS or other higher education institutions (HEIs), prospective graduates from PUCRS and other HEIs, students who will be graduating in the first semester of the year, and students in the process of revalidating their undergraduate degree obtained abroad.

  • Can I apply for enrollment in internship courses?

    No, the Supervised Internship, Final Internship or similar disciplines that feature field internships, under the guidance of a teacher, are restricted to undergraduate students enrolled in the course.

    Enrollment in Final Course Work, Monograph, Professional Practice or similar subjects is also prohibited.

  • Can I enroll in courses for a Certificate of Studies?

    Yes, it is possible to take courses in the Study Certifications in order to obtain a certificate for the specific module. Graduates of the Pharmacy course at PUCRS are allowed to take, as an isolated course, the Complementary Course in Homeopathy, the completion of which authorizes, at the request of the graduate, the endorsement of the corresponding record on the undergraduate diploma.

  • Can I apply for enrollment after classes have started?

    Yes, it is permitted to submit the request on a date close to or after the start of classes in the first semester, considering that, in such circumstances, there may be a loss of academic content due to the advancement of the semester.

  • How do I register?

    The application for enrollment in an isolated subject is submitted electronically or in person, together with the documents signed and filled out correctly, to the Academic Registration Coordinator's Service Center, located at the PUCRS Student Service Center, on the ground floor of Living 360°.

    Requests and documents sent by physical mail to PUCRS will not be accepted.

  • What is the deadline for returning my order?

    The deadline is approximately 7 (seven) business days after the valid protocol at the Academic Registration Coordination.

    If the request does not meet the requirements, the student may make changes and reapply within 10 (ten) business days.

  • How do I register?

    The response to the approved application will indicate the necessary steps for enrollment and will be sent by email, via message to the address that the applicant registered on the process form.

    In case of rejection, the applicant will be notified by email, indicating the reason.

  • Which channel is recommended to resolve my doubts?
