Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month, except for the first installment (upon admission or re-admission), which will be due according to the enrollment schedule. Students must pay the semester installment before enrolling.
A 2% penalty will be charged after due date, plus finance charges.
The University sends the bank document for payment of the installments by mail. If the bank document is not received by the due date, a second copy may be requested at any BRADESCO bank branch, by providing the student's CPF, requested by email from the Financial Department. financeiro@pucrs.br, or made directly at the University's Academic Finance Department. The Finance Department also sends the payment slip to the email registered with the course secretary.
It is the student's responsibility to keep his/her address updated in the University's general registry. The student may provide the updated address directly to the Graduate Program Office.
The request for debit from a current account must be made directly at authorized banks:
When requesting a debit from a current account, the student must provide the bank with their registration number (number and verification digit).
Interested parties who have not been approved in the selection process, or other interested parties, are allowed to take individual courses as non-degree students. Requests to take courses as non-degree students must be approved by the Program Coordinating Committee.
The amount to take individual courses, based on the number of credits in the course, will be paid in 5 installments in the semester in which the course is taken. The first installment is paid at the time of enrollment and the remaining installments will be due on the 15th of each month with the issuance of a bank document.
