In the current global scenario, companies in the industrial and service sectors require professionals with the ability to solve problems of various natures and complexities, capable of operating in markets with a demand for products that are constantly evolving technologically. In this context, the PUCRS Production Engineering course prepares you to work in areas related to planning, designing, executing and controlling production processes, with its main distinguishing feature being the updated curriculum, based on training structures aligned with market demands.
Immersed in a complete learning environment and with access to the teaching and research laboratories of our Polytechnic School, you will build your education based on values such as innovation and entrepreneurship, being able to lead, supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and develop solutions considering the technical, regulatory, ethical and socio-environmental spheres. Thus, as a Production Engineering professional, you will be able to work in the automotive industry, the electronics sector, the food and beverage industry, among other areas that make up the service sector.
