The corporate world needs an increasingly humanized approach. Therefore, the Administration course with a Training Line in Leadership and People Management at PUCRS develops professionals capable of going beyond the goals of an organization, playing an important and positive role in the lives of their team.
It is a new education model in the area, to experience the market within the university. This is the proposal of Tecnopuc Business, a partnership between the Business School and Tecnopuc, which places students at the center of the transformations in the sector, in an approach focused on business immersion.
Focused on practice and closely connected to the profession, the course develops high-performance leaders, with the necessary skills for businesses and employees to grow, whether providing consultancy, working in companies or undertaking.
You will be prepared to anticipate trends, retain talent, manage teams, analyze the resolution of complex problems and much more. All this combined with the development of interpersonal skills such as proactivity, creativity, team spirit and innovative thinking.
