Generating development and social impact is a cause that has accompanied PUCRS since its foundation. An example of this is our commitment to the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda. The university community's work on this global action plan translated into 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been advancing year after year: currently, we contribute to 15 of the 17 SDGs.
We continue to seek to expand and qualify our work to meet more social impact goals through teaching, research, extension, innovation, and several other areas that engage hundreds of students, educators, researchers, and collaborators.
