The Statute is the document that refers to the rules that regulate the functioning of PUCRS (Structure, Administration and its activities). It regulates the functioning of the University as well as the rights and obligations of its members.
The General Regulations complement and regulate the statutory provisions of PUCRS, aiming to ensure the achievement of its purposes.
Approved by the University Council in session no. 03, on 5/12/2017 and subsequent ordinances.
