Marist training path

This training course aims to engage employees in our institutional mission. This initiative is more than just transmitting our identity and values: it is promote the experience of our way of being and acting, creating a spirit of identification and empowerment about what it means to be Marist in our area of ​​operation, inspire humanized work and contribute to the transformation of society.

With this in mind, the Institutional Identity Department developed the course Culture and Identity | Marist Formative Path, which consolidates the strategic project of our charismatic identity, aligned with the Marist Training Program for Network Collaborators.

The training course aims to provide construction of knowledge and the experience of the Marist charism, contributing to the personal and professional qualification of PUCRS, HSL and InsCer employees.

For this initiative, professors from different areas of knowledge were invited, as well as professionals who built the history of the Marist Institute, the Marist Network and PUCRS, valuing the plurality of perspectives and openness to debate.

The course emphasizes a self-regulated learning process, that values ​​the protagonism and metacognitive processes of employees in training.

The structure of the training path follows three important steps:

  • detailing learning expectations;
  • construction and monitoring of pedagogical strategies;
  • guaranteeing spaces for the application of knowledge and self-reflection.

The Course has 32 hour workload and was structured from three major thematic axes, which unfold into 11 disciplines.

Each discipline represents a field of knowledge, with the challenge of provide a meaningful learning experience through a diverse set of pedagogical resources.
