The In-Person Undergraduate Assessment, which is held every six months, aims to foster dialogue between professors and students during the progress of the courses during the semester, while also serving as input for course management, seeking to discuss aspects beyond the classroom. This dialogue involves three stages: data collection (1st stage), analysis of results (2nd stage) and feedback of these results to students in the classroom through dialogue with the professor (3rd stage).
The results of the assessments are discussed with students, teachers, course coordinators, NDEs, deans and administrative staff. Within the scope of the courses, the coordinators prepare Action Plans and propose short-term actions, which are made available to the School managers and senior administration for monitoring the goals.
