The program Our values aims to create an increasingly healthy and productive environment for everyone working in the Marist Network. Implemented in 2014, the initiative seeks to improve processes, respond to potential risks and, above all, contribute to the experience of institutional values. Learn more here.
Its structure is made up of ten elements that reinforce the institutional culture of commitment to transparency and honest conduct. Among them, the following stand out:
Code of conduct – document that brings together the attitudes that guide the actions of Brothers and collaborators of the institution.
Our Values Portal – channel made available for communicating concerns, doubts and suggestions anonymously.
Institutional Ethics Committee – formed by a multidisciplinary team that manages the Code of Conduct, validates non-conformities and develops policies for continuing education.
All the pillars of the Our Values Program were structured so that we can work to maintain integrity in Marist mission spaces.
